Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using Style Manager, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use Style Manager.

Style Manager is a personal fashion styling app that uses AI to help you:

• Manage a digital wardrobe by photographing and cataloguing your clothing
• Receive personalized outfit recommendations based on wardrobe, style, weather, and occasions
• Generate an AI digital avatar from your photos
• Virtually try on outfits using AI-generated imagery
• Chat with an AI fashion stylist for personalized advice
• Discover curated fashion collections and trending styles
• Track your fashion budget and wishlist
• Connect with users who share similar style preferences
• Earn or purchase gems, a virtual currency used for voting and premium features
• Create outfit campaigns for community voting
• Participate in gamification features including daily streaks, achievements, Style XP, and leaderboards
• For eligible Pro subscribers, cash out earned gems to real money via creator payouts

Account Creation: You may create an account using email/password, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In. You must provide accurate information.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time from Profile > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data.

Ownership: You retain full ownership of all photos and content you upload.

License Grant: By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display it solely to provide the service. This license terminates when you delete the content or your account.

By using AI features, you acknowledge:

• AI-generated avatars are approximations and may not perfectly replicate your appearance
• Virtual try-on images are simulations — actual garment fit may differ significantly
• AI stylist recommendations are suggestions, not professional fashion advice
• AI features are powered by third-party AI services

AI-generated images are for personal use within the app. You may not use them commercially or to deceive others.

Your display name, avatar, and style preferences may be visible to other users. Comments on collections are public. Your saves may appear in other users' feeds. You are responsible for the content of your comments.

Posting Limits: The Free tier cannot create posts in circles. Basic users may create up to 10 posts and external shares per week. Pro users have an effectively unlimited weekly posting allowance. These limits are subject to change.

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Generate deceptive or harmful AI content
• Share account credentials or collect others' data
• Manipulate gem balances through exploits, bugs, or unauthorized means
• Engage in vote manipulation, including using multiple accounts to vote on your own campaigns
• Create fake or duplicate accounts for the purpose of referral abuse or gem farming
• Artificially inflate engagement metrics, streak counts, or leaderboard rankings

The Style Manager app, including its design, code, algorithms, curated collections, and branding, is owned by Style Manager and protected by intellectual property laws.

Style Manager offers the following subscription tiers, billed through Apple's App Store:

• Free: Core wardrobe management, limited AI try-ons, and limited AI chat.
• Basic — $9.99/month or $99.99/year: Expanded try-ons, unlimited AI chat, the ability to vote in community campaigns, and the ability to post in circles.
• Pro — $29.99/month or $239.99/year: Everything in Basic plus the ability to create campaigns, animate looks into short videos, a monthly allowance of 50 voting gems, and eligibility to cash out earned gems.

In-App Purchases (Gem Packs): In addition to subscriptions, you may purchase voting gems directly through the App Store. Available packs are starter (10 gems · $9.99), popular (50 gems · $49.99), best value (150 gems · $149.99), and mega (200 gems · $199.99). Pack contents and prices may change with reasonable notice.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods or for in-app purchases of gems. Free trial terms, if offered, will be clearly displayed before purchase; unused portions of a free trial are forfeited upon subscribing to a paid plan.

Two Kinds of Gems: The app uses two separate gem balances:

• Voting gems — used to cast votes in outfit campaigns and to pay for premium features such as streak freezes. Voting gems are obtained from the monthly allowance included with the Pro tier or by purchasing gem packs through the App Store. Voting gems are not cashable and have no real-world monetary value.
• Earned gems — accumulated only when other users vote on your campaigns (see Section 12). Eligible Pro creators may convert earned gems to real money via cash-out.

Spending Gems: Voting gems may be spent on casting votes on outfit campaigns and circle posts, purchasing streak freezes (200 gems each, maximum 2 active at a time), repairing missed streak days (50 gems per day), and other premium features.

Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable: Gems of either kind cannot be transferred between accounts. Purchases of gem packs through the App Store are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or by Apple's refund policy. Gems spent on votes or premium actions are non-refundable.

Modification Rights: We reserve the right to modify gem earning rates, spending costs, monthly allowances, and the cash-out conversion rate at any time with reasonable notice. Such changes do not entitle you to any compensation.

Forfeiture: Gem balances of either kind may be forfeited in whole or in part if your account is terminated for violations of these Terms.

Creating Campaigns: Pro users may create outfit campaigns by composing outfits from their wardrobe for community voting. By creating a campaign, you grant Style Manager a license to display your outfit composition and campaign content to other users within the app.

Voting: Basic and Pro users may vote on campaigns by spending voting gems. All votes are final, and gems spent on votes are non-refundable regardless of campaign outcome.

Content Ownership: You retain ownership of your outfit compositions. Style Manager does not claim ownership of user-created campaign content.

Campaign Moderation: We reserve the right to remove campaigns that violate our content standards or these Terms.

Eligibility: Only Pro subscribers are eligible to cash out earned gems to real money.

Revenue Split: When another user votes on your campaign, the gems they spend are split between the creator and the platform. Creators receive 60% of the gems as earned gems; the remaining 40% is retained by the platform. We reserve the right to modify this split with 30 days' prior notice.

Cash-Out: Earned gems are converted to USD at a rate of $1.00 per gem. The minimum payout threshold is 500 earned gems ($500); payout requests below this threshold are not eligible. Payouts are processed manually by our team as direct bank transfers to the bank account you have saved in your profile. Manual processing typically completes within 7 business days of the payout request. We may request government-issued identification to verify your identity before releasing a payout.

Tax Obligations: Creator payouts constitute taxable income. You are solely responsible for determining the tax treatment of payouts in your jurisdiction and for reporting and paying all applicable taxes. Style Manager does not currently issue tax forms on behalf of creators; if local law requires withholding or reporting, you remain responsible for compliance.

Payout Forfeiture: Pending earnings below the minimum threshold are forfeited upon account deletion. Payouts may be withheld or reversed if we determine that the underlying gem earnings resulted from vote manipulation, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

Style Manager includes gamification features such as daily login streaks, 34 achievements across 5 categories, Style XP levels, and leaderboard rankings.

Streak Freezes: You may purchase streak freezes with voting gems (200 gems each, up to a maximum of 2 active freezes at a time) to preserve your login streak for a missed day. Streak freezes are non-refundable once purchased.

Streak Repair: You may also repair a broken streak by spending 50 voting gems per missed day, up to the configured per-account limit. Repair purchases are non-refundable.

No Guaranteed Value: Participation in gamification features does not guarantee any specific reward or monetary value. Achievements, badges, XP, and leaderboard rankings are for entertainment purposes within the app and do not, by themselves, generate earned gems or eligibility for cash-out.

Modification & Discontinuation: We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, or discontinue any gamification features, including streaks, achievements, and leaderboard mechanics, at any time without prior notice.

Users may invite others to Style Manager using a unique referral code generated by the app. Referrals you successfully bring to the app may unlock in-app milestones (for example, a "bring 3 friends" milestone surfaced on your profile). Any gem rewards or other benefits tied to referrals are at our sole discretion and may be introduced, modified, or discontinued at any time.

Creating fake or duplicate accounts to exploit the referral program is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of any unlocked rewards and account termination.

By You: Delete your account from Profile > Delete Account at any time.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Effect on Virtual Currency: Upon termination for violations, all gem balances (voting and earned) are forfeited and any pending creator payouts are cancelled. Upon voluntary account deletion, pending earned-gem balances meeting the minimum cash-out threshold (500 earned gems / $500) will be processed before deletion; balances below the threshold are forfeited.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Style Manager operates.
